Highway Equipment Company of Ohio announced that Chris Keithan has joined the Highway Equipment Company service team. Keithan is responsible for field service at Highway Equipment Company's new Canton, Ohio, facility. The construction equipment sales and rental business is growing in Ohio and Highway Equipment Company of Ohio with the help of Keithan are planning to grow with it.

Keithan has service experience in the construction equipment industry having worked for a major oil and gas contractor in Ohio as a heavy equipment field mechanic and shop foreman. He lives in North Canton, Ohio, and takes the service truck home, so that he can be dispatched first thing in the morning to job sites.

Keithan is an experienced operator of heavy equipment. He has many equipment certifications and has attended a multitude of manufacturer's factory service schools. Keithan is a seven-year veteran of the United States Army including deployment to Afghanistan. The U.S. Army has taught Keithan a lot about construction equipment and also about working as a team player to get the job done, and respect for others.

Keithan is excited and highly motivated to service and repair customers' equipment and Highway Equipment Company's rental equipment to keep it up and running strong with no downtime.

“Chris is a tremendous asset for Highway Equipment Company's new facility,” said Al Springer, operations manager at Highway Equipment Company of Ohio. “We are happy to welcome Chris to the Ohio team,” said Springer, “He has excellent service experience, and we look forward to seeing all the contributions we know he will make.”
