Holt CAT Makes Personnel Changes in TX

Holt CAT, the Caterpillar construction equipment and industrial engine dealer for south, central, north and east Texas, announced three personnel changes:

Arturo Aguero

Aguero was named machine sales representative for the Laredo area: Webb, Zapata, and Jim Hogg counties.

In his new position, Aguero will serve as a liaison for Holt CAT’s machine division and its customers. Prior to joining Holt CAT, Aguero gained six years of experience as a sales representative with Rush Truck Center of Laredo.

Braxton Britting

Britting has been named to the position of machine division sales representative to the north Dallas and Rockwall county area.

“HOLT has a deep commitment to our customers and to our company values,” Britting said. “That’s why I am excited about this new opportunity to represent our outstanding company.”

In his new position, Britting will function as a contact for customers, serving their sales and rental machinery needs.

Britting brings to his new position experience as a market analyst, focusing on the Irving and Fort Worth areas.

Alan D. Bergstrom Sr.

Bergstrom has been named manager of Holt ProTech in Irving, TX.

“Our team of directors, mangers, supervisors and employees is committed to values based leadership,” Bergstrom said. “We guarantee technical training for your workforce that reflects the strong principles Holt customers have come to expect.”

In his new position Bergstrom will oversee daily operations, manage design of training programs and implement technical training at Holt ProTech.

Bergstrom brings more than 28 years of expertise working with Caterpillar machines and equipment in both the heavy machinery and mining industries to his new post.

He is professionally certified in more than 18 technical applications from Caterpillar certification programs, the University of Illinois and the Mountain States Employers Council.

Holt ProTech San Antonio and Irving training programs offer hands-on experience with Caterpillar engines and equipment, including hydrostatic power control units and electronically controlled systems.

Instructors, with more than 300 years of combined experience, guide technicians through a variety of classes to teach them to service, repair, operate and maintain Caterpillar equipment.

Holt CAT is the authorized dealer for Caterpillar machines and industrial engines in 118 Texas counties from Texarkana to Brownsville.
