Berry Companies Inc. announced the acquisition of Bobcat of Atlanta and Bobcat of Huntsville. The addition of these dealerships expands Berry Companies dealer network to eight divisions in eight states. Walter Berry, CEO, said, "I am pleased to share that we have closed on the acquisition of Bobcat of Atlanta and Bobcat of Huntsville.

White Star Machinery held a ribbon-cutting open house July 12, 2019, in Tulsa, Okla. The event was held to take the wraps off the company's new facility at 12611 East 60th St. in Tulsa. During the event, Bobcat officials also presented Whitestar with a large commemorative plaque recognizing the dealer's 50 years as a Bobcat dealer.

Berry Companies Inc. has announced the addition of Greg Joerg to the position of CFO. Joerg most recently owned his own consulting firm, working with small-to-midsize companies in operations, financial processes and functions and IT strategy. Prior to consulting, Joerg served a combined total of 20 years at Koch Industries, Koch Business Solutions, Flint Hills Resources and Koch Materials.

Berry Companies Inc. announced the promotion of Stephanie Farley as chief people officer April 26. "Stephanie is the first of a number of organizational moves we're making to build a leadership structure that will carry us into the future," Walter Berry, CEO of Berry Companies, said in making the announcement.

Berry Companies Inc. acquired the assets of Sellers Equipment effective Sept. 28. The most visible aspect of the acquisition will the addition of the Hyster line of forklifts and material handling equipment. “Hyster is just what we've been looking for in our customer product offering within our Kansas geographic footprint,” said Joe Wilson, president of Berry Material Handling.
