Load King LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Custom Truck One Source (Custom Truck), has named The ALL Family of Companies (ALL) an authorized service center of Load King cranes. The announcement is effective immediately. With locations throughout North America, ALL will service Load King boom trucks, truck cranes and Terex legacy products for customers from 16 of its full-service yards in a territory that includes Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

Load King LLC, a manufacturer of specialized equipment and trailers, has announced its acquisition of Terex Corporation's boom truck, crossover and truck crane product lines. The acquisition marks the latest milestone in the continued expansion of Load King's manufacturing portfolio, which already encompasses water tank, dump body, roofing conveyor, mechanics body and trailer lines.

Custom Truck One Source (Custom Truck) has entered into a strategic partnership with EZ Trac. The partnership positions Custom Truck as an exclusive authorized dealer and installer in the United States. "Our partnership with EZ Trac allows us to offer our customers the very best options for their equipment," said Fred Ross, Custom Truck One Source's chief executive officer.

Load King LLC's LK503/605 SS SF 60-ton (54 t) Lowboy is the newest addition to the OEM's trailer and equipment portfolio. The LK503/605 SS SF features a 20 in. (50.8 cm) loaded deck height — the lowest in the industry — and a distinguished range of innovative features and options, according to the manufacturer.

Custom Truck One Source (Custom Truck)has announced the acquisition of Great Pacific Equipment, a distributor of construction and utility equipment serving the southwest region of the U.S. for the last 40 years. With offices in Fontana and Bakersfield, Calif., Great Pacific's existing management will partner with Custom Truck's management, continuing to provide the western United States with exceptional equipment and service while growing the business as part of Custom Truck One Source.
