With four successful auctions under J. Stout Auctions' belt in Spokane, Wash., the company hit a record-setting number of live and online bidders at its latest auction. More than 1,100 people attended the sale at the newly opened permanent facility off Highway 2.

This spring, J. Stout Auctions is opening a new heavy equipment and commercial truck auction location in Spokane, Wash. After three years in business, the company is opening its new regional facility at 8018 W. Sunset Hwy., just off Highway 2. J. Stout Auctions will be holding live public auctions throughout the year on the 14 acres of property.

A successful auction at J. Stout Auctions' Portland, Ore., location kicked off the Spring season. On March 13, the company hosted a heavy equipment and commercial truck live auction that sold more than 720 pieces of new and used heavy equipment, commercial trucks and government fleet to buyers across the globe.

The large 12-acre lot J. Stout Auctions calls home is already filling up with inventory for its next quarterly auction. On March 13, the company will host a Heavy Equipment and Commercial Truck live auction starting at 8:30 a.m. It is open to the public and is always free to register and free to bid both in person and online.

At its last auction of 2018, J. Stout Auctions gave bidders 20 excavators, 10 dozers, eight cranes and more packed into one yard. All 600 pieces of new and used heavy equipment, commercial trucks and government fleet vehicles sold Dec. 12, 2018, for local, national and worldwide use.

The auctioneer chant, hundreds in the crowd and the feeling of excitement in the air, there is nothing quite like the auction atmosphere. On May 16, in Spokane, Wash., hundreds of people experienced their first J. Stout Auction. More than 600 pieces of new and used heavy equipment, commercial trucks and trailers filled the new location — 8610 W.

J. Stout Auctions is growing at a rapid pace, holding its largest auction to date on Dec. 13, 2017. A record-setting number of live and online bidders representing 11 countries and 43 states participated in the multi-million-dollar heavy equipment, commercial truck and government surplus fleet auction.
