Kenworth has introduced new vehicle electronics for its flagship T680 over-the-road and T880 vocational models, and the recently introduced Kenworth W990, equipped with the PACCAR MX-13 or PACCAR MX-11 engines. The new electronic system updates, now in production, enable Kenworth to easily integrate new options into its trucks, while also simplifying wiring, providing control system feedback to drivers (switch visual cues, for example), and leveraging DAVIE4 diagnostic tools to speed service and repairs.

Kenworth has launched its Body Builder Academy Training video series for its flagship vocational truck, the Kenworth T880. The six instructional Body Builder Academy videos focus on connectivity with Kenworth chassis systems, PTO functions, integration of electronics between body and truck, and optimization of the driver interface for body functions through switches and dash messaging.

Kenworth has released a fast-paced, 2-minute video on the Kenworth T880, the company's flagship vocational truck. The new “T880: The Ultimate Work Truck” video features the T880 in action in demanding dump, ready mix, heavy haul, flatbed, refuse, bulk haul, tanker, wrecker and logger applications.
