Terramac is expanding its representation in the North American market to include Linder Industrial Machinery Co. as part of its dealer network. Linder will represent the versatile Terramac product line in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. “Linder has an outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction through their extensive sales and aftermarket support programs,” says Andrew Konopka, President of Terramac.

Park Construction of North Carolina Inc. is in the process of laying 23,000 ft. of 54-in. fiberglass pipe in Winston-Salem, N.C. The project is taking place on an outfall line that runs parallel of South Fork Creek. The company, which was founded more than 40 years ago, has a lot of experience with this type of work.

A recent decision to add another value-packed service to its business has positioned Linder Industrial Machinery to become a major player in the buying and selling of used construction equipment. In the past, Linder did not actively seek to buy or take older pieces in as trades.

Oompah music, German food and equipment displays greeted visitors to Linder Industrial Machinery’s annual Oktoberfest celebration. This year, the events were held at the new branch facility in Orlando, Fla., and Columbia, S.C. Large tents were set up for Linder’s suppliers to showcase their equipment.

Linden Comansa America (LCA) will exhibit at the upcoming ConExpo-Con/AGG tradeshow. The sister company of Spanish tower crane manufacturer Linden Comansa, LCA will occupy booth 2181 in the Gold Lot of the outdoor exhibition area. A bright and sunny day greeted a large crowd attending Linder’s Oktoberfest event held at its Jacksonville, Fla., location on Oct. 13. A Komatsu D61XPi intelligent dozer was on display, and potential customers got a chance to operate the machine.

Linder Industrial Machinery held an Oktoberfest celebration at its Raleigh, N.C., location on Oct. 3. More than 200 guests attended the event and looked over the machines on hand featuring the latest technology from Komatsu, Wirtgen, Genesis, Etnyre, Geith and other leading brands.

Rental has always been an economical option for equipment users when they need a machine in the short term to get a job done. A new company, Hydraulic Hose & Cylinder of Plant City, opened its doors recently in Plant City, Fla. It specializes in all things hydraulic. Robert Gullinese, owner and general manager, has an extensive history in the hydraulic industry and will manage the company’s day to day operation.
