LBX Company LLC, Lexington, Ky., presented the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation's Yes, Mamm! Program with a check for $72,500. Yes, Mamm! provides services and assistance to breast cancer patients and survivors in Kentucky. The check represented 50 percent of the proceeds received from a charity auction of a 15.2 metric ton 145 X4 Link-Belt hydraulic excavator, held earlier this year in Las Vegas.

LBX Company LLC announced the addition of Chadwick-BaRoss Inc. as the dealer of Link-Belt hydraulic excavators, material handlers and parts in Connecticut. The Chadwick-BaRoss branch is located at 10 Fox Hollow Road, Oxford CT 06474, 860/261-0730. This location serves the entire state of Connecticut.

LBX Company announced that the Link-Belt 245 X4 Spin Ace has won the EquipmentWatch 2020 Highest Retained Value Award in the Excavator Crawler Medium (21.1-50.0 MT) category. Winners were announced March 10 at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2020. The Link-Belt 245 X4 Spin Ace excavator is built to exceed expectations, according to the manufacturer.

Jay Shafer of Shafer Equipment Company, Sparks, Nev., placed the winning bid of $145,000 to claim a Linkā€Belt 145 X4 Spin Ace hydraulic excavator. The auction was held March 12, 2020, during the ConExpo-Con/AGG construction equipment show in Las Vegas, NV.

After six years of doing business in Pennsylvania, CRW Corp. (CRW) announced the addition of an earth moving division to its Carlisle, Pa., branch. CRW signed a contract to represent Link-Belt Excavators (LBX Co.) for 19 counties surrounding its facility in south central Pennsylvania.

LBX and Trimble announced Link-Belt Precision Grade — powered by Trimble Earthworks — upgrade kits for Link-Belt 160 X4, 245 X4 Spin Ace and 350 X4 hydraulic excavators. These kits provide all necessary components, hardware and software required to upgrade a standard machine to 2D/MG (machine guidance) or 2D/MC (machine control), or upgrade a machine with 2D/MG already installed to a 2D/MC capable machine.

LBX has received the AED Foundation Champion Award, presented by the Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) on Jan. 14. LBX Company recently broke ground on a 25-acre tract of land in Lexington, Ky., for its Customer Experience Center, intended to highlight the company's products, innovations and technologies for the future.
