Stephenson Equipment Inc. (SEI) has named Charlie Walsh as its executive vice president to head the sales teams at the company. With the retirement of Dennis Heller, who has stayed on with SEI as chairman of the board, Walsh moves into the sales management role Heller has lead for many years.
Walsh Equipment held a regional equipment show at the Washington Wild Things Field in Washington, Pa., on Aug. 3. The event attracted a crowd of more than 200 of Walsh Equipment's customers from western Pennsylvania who came to see the latest equipment offerings from the dealership.

(SEI), who is celebrating 60 years in business announced July 28, that SEI will acquire Walsh Equipment an 85 year-old company headquartered in Butler, Pa., with a branch location in Ebensburg, Pa. The partnership extends Stephenson's operations to 6 locations in Pennsylvania along with their 2 locations in New York, the combined locations will employ approximately 185 employees.
