IROCK Crushers recently added RTL Equipment Inc. as its new dealer serving Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and northern Missouri.

According to IROCK General Manager Bob Nelson, the addition of RTL Equipment to its dealer network provides access to a significant market for the company.

In addition to its 10,000 sq. ft. headquarters facility in Grimes, Iowa, that houses its primary office staff, a large equipment yard, a fully stocked parts department and a three bay service area, RTL Equipment has branches in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Gretna, Neb., and an equipment yard in East Moline, Ill.

The company, established in 1989 as a small used equipment dealer, has grown into a full-sized regional dealership providing equipment sales, rentals, parts and service. Along with IROCK crushers, RTL is the authorized dealer for Terex Roadbuilding, Doosan construction equipment, Kobelco, Mantis cranes, Tadano cranes and Terex cranes.

The addition of IROCK crushing and screening equipment positions the company to provide a full range of products to existing customers. as well as giving it access within aggregate markets, including concrete and asphalt recycling business, said RTL’s Crushing and Screening Product Specialist Doug Rhodes.

According to Rhodes, much research was conducted to find a crushing and screening product line that matched RTL’s core values and business practices. For Rhodes, key aspects of IROCK machines are their reliability, design simplicity and subsequent ease of maintenance and repair. IROCK’s crushers and screeners are designed and built to eliminate much of the complexity prevalent in other machines, he explained. Rhodes added that IROCK’s sales staff has been great to work with, offering a strong level of training and support. Rhodes has found that due to ease of use, required initial training time is minimal and operators can be quickly brought up to speed.

Nelson is pleased to welcome RTL Equipment to IROCK’s strategic distributor network.

“They’re a strong player in their market with a well recognized reputation for outstanding service,” he said. “The addition of RTL gives IROCK Crushers a significant presence within the heart of the Midwest region.”
