King of Prussia Equipment Hosts Service School Seminar

On Nov. 3, King of Prussia Equipment Corp., located in King of Prussia, Pa., held a one-day service school seminar with Multiquip-Whiteman (MQ-Whiteman), a manufacturing company of ride-on trowels with branches in Carson, Calif., and Boise, Idaho.

Tom Caterina, product manager, Ben Wiese, service engineer and Chuck Butler, district manager, all of Whiteman, a division of Multiquip Inc., conducted the complementary seminar at King of Prussia Equipment’s facility.

The service school included 22 participants from 11 companies in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. The seminar ended at 3:30 p.m. with a question and answer period.

Coffee and donuts as well as lunch was provided by King of Prussia Equipment. MQ-Whiteman provided service manuals, parts discs, service DVDs, hats and shirts for each participant.

Students were educated initially via PowerPoint of the manual in a classroom setting. Primary topics included the servicing and maintaining of the Whiteman ride-on trowels.

MQ-Whiteman Inc. of Boise, Idaho, manufactures a complete line of concrete equipment and is a manufacturer of walk-behind and ride-on trowels. MQ-Whiteman also developed and introduced the “hydrostatic” model ride-on trowel.
