Komatsu Lauds Continental’s Hearrean For Top Performance

Komatsu America Corp. has named Philip Hearrean, product support representative for Continental Equipment Co., Top Performer in Product Support Excellence for the South Central District in 2002.

In announcing the award, Komatsu America Corp. vice president Steve Day noted Hearrean’s outstanding performance in both product support and sales.

“You have maintained a positive and caring attitude with your customers, the tenacity to find solutions to their problems, and have consistently done whatever it takes to satisfy their needs,” Day said.

As evidence of Hearrean’s success in the area of sales, Day cited his delivery of undercarriages for seven large machines in a single two-week period.

Hearrean also won high ratings from participants in Komatsu’s Customer Survey Program, Day said.

Continental Equipment Co. provides machine sales and rentals, repairs and service with an emphasis on value -added product support. The company operates five Texas locations, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Lewisville, Amarillo and Abilene.
