MASS-CONN has appointed Bob Nute as its new director of product support for all MASS-CONN locations. MASS-CONN represents a broad variety of construction equipment including New Holland construction equipment; Kobelco excavators; Dynapac, Bomag and Hypac compaction equipment; Indeco hydraulic excavators and Moxy trucks.

According to Nute, “I am particularly excited about the opportunities available to me by joining a new company and working with them from the ground floor to implement mutual procedures to achieve the ultimate in customer satisfaction.”

Nute has 25 years of experience in the industry, which made him the perfect match for his new role. MASS-CONN’s goal is to truly customize product support until it meets or exceeds all of its customer’s expectations.

Over the course of his 25 years of experience Nute has worked in parts and product support on both the manufacturing and the distribution side of the industry, which allows him a unique and diverse perspective. Since Nute’s arrival, MASS-CONN has added 24-hour, 7-day-a-week emergency service. It also has added a lube truck to the fleet of five service trucks, all of which are brand new or recently reconditioned.

MASS-CONN President Lawre Casler said, “When it comes to product support we have unlimited potential and already in a short period of time we have come a long way. Our goal is to creatively build product support to specifically meet the needs of our customers. Bob is the perfect candidate to help us achieve that goal.”
