McCann Industries and Badger Infrastructure Solutions hosted the Underground Contractors Association (UCA) for a happy hour at McCann's Addison, Ill., location on Aug. 19, 2026.

The event provided attendees with the opportunity to network, make new connections and raise money for the UCA scholarship fund. More than $4,500 was raised through the generosity of the hosts, scholarship sponsors and attendees.

UCA was established in 1957 and is a not-for-profit trade association of contractors in the sewer, water, utility and underground industry throughout Illinois. More than 200 contractors and associate member companies are part of the organization, which is committed to assist its members in the industry.
