Salespeople of Monroe Tractor visited the Doosan Infracore America Corp. (DIAC) headquarters for a day-long product sales training session in January.

Monroe Tractor represents the Doosan Daewoo line of excavators and wheel loaders in Upstate New York.

General Manager Frank Schoenacker and Sales Managers John Dancy and Mark Sandie were accompanied by ten salesmen of Monroe Tractor’s Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester locations.

The product sales training session, held in the product support training center, included excavator and wheel loader product overviews, and presentations by service and parts personnel. All the attendees toured the parts distribution center.

“We felt it was important for the Monroe Tractor salesmen to visit our facility, since a few of the guys are new and may not have a full grasp of Doosan Infracore’s dedication to this market,” remarked Del Wayne, Doosan Infracore regional sales manager of the Northeastern United States and Canada.

“We certainly appreciate Monroe Tractor’s dedication in removing all of these guys from the field to join our training session.”
