The 42nd annual Rocky Mountain Asphalt Conference and Equipment Show was attended by more than 1,100 persons and exhibitors despite a snowy week in Denver, Colo.

Some of the highlights from the conference, which was held Feb. 25 to 27 at the Denver International Airport, included the opening general session keynote speaker, former Navy seal Jason Redman, who spoke on the conference theme of leadership. Other highlights were John Ball and Charles Van Der Kooi. In total there were more than 75 speakers who participated in the second largest asphalt conference in the country this year.

The general closing session featured Humorist/Mentalist Sean Bott, who wooed the crowd with his mental gymnastics, as well as announcements of the raffle winners.

The 43rd annual RMACES will take place on Feb. 24 to 26, 2016.
