Three Southeastern contractors have been honored by the National Asphalt Paving Association for publishing outstanding company brochures to promote the Hot Mix Asphalt industry.

Dickerson & Bowen Inc. of Brookhaven, MS, was awarded first place for its grey, black and gold folder filled with inserts.

The inserts vary in length so that when placed in the folder, the headline for each page can be read.

The sheets highlight the company’s capabilities including asphalt paving, aggregate production, asphalt manufacturing and highway construction.

In addition, Sanders Brothers Construction Company of North Charleston, SC, and Ranger Construction Industries of West Palm Beach, FL, were named as finalists.

Sanders Brothers won for its tri-fold brochure and its sales folder.

Ranger won for its capabilities brochure highlighting its capabilities in heavy construction, highway construction and Hot Mix Asphalt. CEG
