CNH America LLC has announced that it has named NationsRent Companies Inc., as a full-service Case construction equipment dealer, covering most of Massachusetts, all of Rhode Island, and most of Connecticut.

The dealership will be headquartered in Shrewsbury, MA, with additional branches located in Hyde Park and Woburn, MA, and Newington, CT. Two sites selling basic parts only will be located in Worcester, MA, and Cranston, RI.

As a factory-authorized Case dealer offering sales, service, parts, and technical support, these NationsRent locations will provide a comprehensive range of Case products and services to its customers. Case will provide technical training to all NationsRent employees who support the dealership function to ensure a high standard of service.

“NationsRent has long been a trusted rental source for Case equipment,” said Robin Killian, vice president-Sales and Marketing, Case Construction Equipment. “With this agreement, we’ve expanded the partnership that already exists between our organizations so NationsRent locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut can better fulfill the Case ideal of acting as professional partners with our customers.”

Killian noted that customers who buy new Case equipment from these NationsRent locations also will have access to the industry-leading warranties offered on Case equipment, to flexible financing and insurance, and to the global parts network that supports more than 300 Case dealer locations across North America.

This new Case dealership will be headed by James McGinley, a seasoned industry veteran, who has been hired by NationsRent to serve as the dealership’s general manager, responsible for dealer operations. McGinley will report directly to the NationsRent Northeast Regional Vice President Bill Stewart.

Commenting on the appointment, Jeff Putman, NationsRent CEO, stated, “We are very enthusiastic about the opportunity to team with Case. This move is a significant step in our strategic direction toward a full service offering. The Case dealership is both complementary to our rental business and critical to our ability to provide sales, parts and after-the-sale support to our customers.”

NationsRent is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and is one of the country’s leading full-service equipment rental companies and operates 267 locations, including 100 at Lowe’s Home Improvement locations, in 26 states.
