Nearly 400 Bidders Participate in Keenan Auction Sale in Augusta

Bidders from 27 different states and 8 different countries all took part in the action.

Keenan exhibited and promoted the auction with a mobile auction office trailer at the Forestry & Equipment Expo at the Bangor Civic Center. A row of mixer trucks was on the block. Dump trucks were up for grabs at the auction. Ferraiolo Construction had some wheel loaders to sell. Parcel number six was a concrete batch plant. An asphalt and concrete batch plant facility was parcel number seven. Auctioneer Stef Keenan sold a concrete batch and asphalt plant in Farmingdale, Maine, with the assistance digital video screens. Bidder Assistants, David Reed, Shane Redding, Joseph Gould, Steven Keenan, Jody McMorrow and Dick Keenan were stationed around Auctioneers Stef and Steve Keenan work the crowd at the Ferraiolo Construction Auction held at the Augusta Civic Center in Augusta, Maine, on June 11.

There were more than 250 registered bidders in attendance at the live event and 141 online bidders from 27 different states and eight different countries. The auction began at 9 a.m. and 19 parcels of real estate and 181 pieces of equipment were sold by 2:30 p.m.
