Chris Neville has accepted the position of vice president, sales and marketing for Hi-WAY Equipment Co. in Houston, Texas.
“With his 22 years experience in the manufacturing segment of the construction industry and his dedication to making things work, we feel Neville is a perfect match for the position,” said Brent Mumford, CEO of Hi-Way Equipment Co. Neville’s positions range from inside sales, district sales manager and marketing manager at Kobelco, Product and brand manager positions with New Holland Construction and finally general manager of sales and marketing at Doosan.
“Being at the dealer level with insights into how the manufacturers operate gives Neville the ability to add efficiencies and value to our business dealings with our customers,” Mumford said.
“Being able to work with machine sales and product support sales in a territory the size of many states offers multiple challenges in dealing with our customers,” said Neville. “Having come from the manufacturer’s side of the business and dealing with multiple sales forces, has given me the ability to see how others have solved customer concerns about their operations.
