Power Motive Corporation recently celebrated its new location with an open house on Sept. 19 with more than 180 attendees. The event created much buzz in the community. Guests were treated to a barbecue, comprehensive information about the company’s equipment and services, a raffle giving away many great prizes and also were given a gift bag to take home.
This marks the sixth location for Power Motive, but the first site outside the state of Colorado.
Power Motive is excited to improve its presence in Wyoming with the opening of this branch and offer a greater experience to both existing and future customers, according to Charles Barker, parts manager of Power Motive’s Cheyenne location.
“We are excited about the opening of our Cheyenne branch which will allow us to provide convenient and timely service to our customer base in the southeastern portion of Wyoming. We will not only be able to provide parts and service for our Komatsu line, but we will also have the ability to service all makes and models through our aftermarket vendors” said Barker.
Power Motive Corporation was founded in 1959 as a distributor of small industrial construction equipment. Through the years, the company has expanded its product offerings and industries served which consists of: construction, utility, energy, agricultural, forestry, infrastructure, manufacturing, mining, quarry, recycling, transport, paving and several others.
