Thirty years after Northside Tool Rental (NTR) opened its Airport store outside of Atlanta, the company has responded to the rapid growth in the area by opening the Riverdale, GA, sales and rental location. NTR was forced to move out of its Airport facility because of an airport expansion.

NTR staff members introduced the new building to their customers on March 4 at a grand opening event, complete with food, prizes and product demonstrations. According to the company, this new facility provides greater convenience for its sales and rental customers in the surrounding communities.

NTR also announced its new equipment sales division, called NTR Equipment Sales. Specializing in compact track equipment, NTR Equipment Sales is a full-service dealer for ASV Posi-Track loaders, IHI mini-excavators, Boxer mini-loaders, Stanley hydraulic breakers and Bradco ATI attachments.

Recently celebrating its 50th anniversary, NTR has five locations and is one of the oldest rental companies in the Southeast. The company supplies a large selection of small tools to heavy equipment contractors and homeowners.
