National Trench Safety LLC (NTS), a Houston-based company specializing in the rental and sales of trench and traffic safety equipment, trench and traffic safety engineering, and OSHA-compliant training classes, has relocated its Fayetteville, N.C., branch operations to a new and larger location in Raleigh, N.C.

“We are excited to be operating in Raleigh today,” said Ron Chilton, president of NTS. “Transitioning to our new location in Raleigh is something that has been in the works for a while now. It’s a big strategic move for NTS as it puts us in a better position to serve our existing and future customers in the Triangle and eastern North Carolina markets.”

The new NTS branch location is located on Bricksteel Lane, which is on the east side of Raleigh. The location is conveniently located along major highways to facilitate NTS’ commitment to be able to provide quick, on-time equipment delivery to its customers. The location also will have a modern training facility to support NTS’ extensive OSHA compliant training program for customers and industry professionals, including Competent Person for Trench and Excavation, Confined Space Entry and OSHA 10 hour courses.

“We feel that the Raleigh operation has a lot of growth potential in the coming years. We’ve invested into a first class facility in Raleigh that will allow us to provide the type of service our customers expect. We’re already making an extensive investment into the fleet for the Raleigh market, and for the entire Mid- Atlantic for that matter. We’ll continue to increase that fleet investment throughout 2014 and we look forward to seeing NTS established as the market’s trench and traffic safety leader.”

NTS currently has 21 operating branch locations nationwide. Those locations are spread throughout Arizona, California, Florida Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Utah.

In maintaining its objective of building a nationwide network of trench and traffic safety branches, NTS plans to open multiple branch operations in 2014. For strategic reasons, Chilton declined to comment on the location of the additional new branches.
