Reeping Named Industrial Sales Representative at Somerset

Somerset Welding & Steel Inc., a manufacturer of dump bodies, trailers, specialty truck equipment and custom welding and fabrication services, appointed Jeff Reeping as an industrial sales representative. In this capacity, he will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining new accounts in the area of custom welding and fabrication, a growing customer segment for Somerset Welding & Steel.

Reeping has been with the company for 13 years and was instrumental in the development and implementation of the ISO quality standard for Somerset Welding. Most recently, he was director of manufacturing where he managed employees in the areas of scheduling, materials procurement and final assembly and maintenance.

“Jeff brings valuable experience in manufacturing, quality assurance and fabrication estimating to our company. His background and education will be an asset and we are pleased to welcome him into his new position at Somerset Welding,” said S. William Riggs, president of the company.
