Cemen Tech recently announced agreements with two major construction equipment dealerships in the United States to sell and service the company's full line of volumetric concrete mixing equipment.

"The demand for direct control over concrete scheduling, quality and quantity, is growing as more customers understand the practical benefits of volumetric concrete mixing," said Connor Deering, CEO/president of Cemen Tech. "Each of these new partnerships represents regional demand and a connection to established businesses serving road and bridge construction, transportation, and industrial and commercial construction — all large-scale markets benefiting from volumetric concrete mixing."

With two branches in Atlanta and Savannah, Reynolds-Warren Equipment Co. serves Georgia, a state benefiting from increasing levels of infrastructure investment and overall growth. Starting in July, the Cemen Tech line has been made available all across the state by Reynolds-Warren. The dealership specializes in asphalt and roadbuilding equipment — a natural fit for Cemen Tech.

"Concrete plays a critical role in Georgia's growing transportation infrastructure — we see a great opportunity for customers to optimize their concrete operations, especially in maintenance/repair operations and local roadwork," said Dan Dwyer, vice president of Reynolds-Warren.

According to Reynolds-Warren general manager Brian Meissen, Cemen Tech is an industry leader in volumetric concrete mixers. Their machines can produce up to 10 yds. of concrete on site in a matter of minutes. By using these trucks, a contractor can cut his concrete cost in half and produce any mix design he needs in the exact quantity he needs it and he makes concrete when he's ready for it. "Most of our customers deal with both asphalt and concrete on their job sites and now we have a product line that will help them reduce their concrete cost but also increase their work site efficiency," Meissen said.

The Lake City-based company plans to take full advantage of Cemen Tech's comprehensive dealer onboarding program, which will have employees undergo extensive training to ensure that Reynolds-Warren's sales team is knowledgeable and their technicians are certified to support these machines in the field.

"Almost all of our existing customer base pours concrete and many of them sub the work out to contractors who rely on ready-mix concrete plants to provide concrete," Meissen said. "With Cemen Tech, a contractor can cut their concrete cost in half and greatly improve the efficiency of their job sites by being able to control exactly when their concrete is produced."

Founded in 1977, Reynolds-Warren also carries LeeBoy, Rosco, Mecalac, Dynapac and Sakai equipment lines.

"The relationship reflects Cemen Tech's long-term goal to expand and strengthen its North American dealer network by partnering with seasoned, expert dealerships that know their markets well and provide superior service and support to their customers," Deering said. "The addition of Reynolds-Warren will fill a void in the southeast with a dealer that can expand the number of businesses using volumetric concrete mixers and provide local support to keep our customers running."
