Ritchie Bros. Fort Worth Auction Attracts More Than 3,000 Bidders

Thousands of bidders from over 50 countries take part in the event.

More than 3,000 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’ multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Fort Worth, Texas, on July 24.

Bidders came from more than 50 countries, including 49 U.S. states. Close to 53 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Guatemala, India, Italy, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. Online bidders purchased more than 45 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

In total, more than 2,900 equipment items were sold in the auction, including crawler tractors, excavators, wheel loaders, truck tractors and more.
