Bryan Stolee will be the sales manager overseeing the Iowa and Illinois RMS branches. In this role, Stolee will lead the territory managers and sales efforts throughout the region.

Stolee brings more than 30 years of territory sales experience to this position, the last decade of it with RMS. Since joining the company in April 2016 as a territory manager in East Moline, he has sold and supported the full construction equipment line.

"He has done it with contractors, quarries, municipalities and material handling operations across the region," said Vice President of Construction Equipment Sales Dan Olson. "He has been recognized with the Road Machinery & Supplies Co. President's Award and for both Top Market Share and Top Revenue Generation, and he has consistently expanded market presence through consultative, solution-based selling rather than price. Bryan [Stolee] has the market knowledge, customer relationships, and credibility with our team to lead this territory well."

Jake Forcier has been promoted to sales manager for the central and southern Minnesota operations. In this role, Forcier will lead the territory managers and drive sales performance across this market.

Forcier brings a decade of construction equipment dealership experience to this role, built entirely on the distribution side of the industry. He joined RMS in June 2025 as a territory manager working out of the Byron branch, responsible for the sales and rental of every line of construction equipment RMS represents, including Komatsu.

"In the time Jake [Forcier] has been here, he has built his territory on trust, product knowledge and industry expertise, while managing his own time and pulling in the internal teams needed to get customers taken care of," said Olson.

Before RMS, Forcier spent eight years with Ziegler CAT in Rochester. He started as an inside sales representative in 2015, running the full inside sales process from lead qualification through demos, quotes, and negotiation, and was promoted to territory manager in 2017.
