R.W. Moore Expands Sales Team to Serve Growing Eastern N.C. Market

Dan Moore, president of R.W. Moore Equipment Company, a full-service equipment provider specializing in John Deere machinery, announced the expansion of the company’s construction sales team with the addition of Charles Holder, John Ellis and Tony Jackson. The adding of staff is a reflection of R.W. Moore’s continued growth across eastern North Carolina.

“Competition and changes in our industry have increased and will continue to increase over the next few decades. We must continue to be ahead of the change rate,” said Moore. “R.W. Moore is meeting that need and hiring additional sales staff to ensure we exceed our client’s expectations.”

Holder will work as an account manager supporting existing and new customers in Chatham, Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Moore and Scotland counties with their sales, service and parts needs. Holder has more than 30 years in the construction and mining industry. He has held various management and customer service positions. He was most recently employed as a customer support advisor for R.W. Moore Equipment Company.

Ellis will work as an account manager supporting existing and new customers in Bladen, Columbus, Pender and Robeson counties with their sales, service and parts needs. Prior to his employment with R.W. Moore, Ellis was a sales representative with J.C.B. Ellis joined R.W. Moore in 1990 and has worked as a customer support advisor and a sales representative for R.W. Moore.

Jackson will work as an account manager supporting existing and new customers in Beaufort, Carteret, Craven, Hyde, Jones and Pamlico counties with their sales, service and parts needs. Prior to joining R.W. Moore Jackson was employed at PCS Phosphate in the mine fabrication and heavy equipment shop for 14 years and was chief of police in Simpson, N.C. Jackson has been employed as a customer support advisor with R.W. Moore since January 2006.
