The Subcontractors Association of Delaware Valley (SADV) held its 40th Annual Awards Banquet and 40th Anniversary Celebration on Nov. 15, 2008, at Old York Road Country Club in Spring House Pa.
The winners and two honorable mentions were kept secret until the evening of the banquet.
