Randy Shanks has joined Pemberton Inc. as production manager. A retired U.S. Navy aircraft mechanic/quality team member, he served for 21 years aboard aircraft carriers all over the world. His specialties include hydraulics, welding, composite repair and non-destructive inspection. In addition, Shanks is a certified gas-free engineer and expert programmer/operator of CNC fabrication equipment.

Pemberton Inc. is a manufacturer of buckets, grapples and other attachments for excavators, wheel loaders and material handlers.
