Stribling Equipment LLC, is pleased to announce its acquisition of the heavy equipment dealership operations of Warrior of Arkansas Inc., a company operating numerous locations serving Arkansas and portions of Texas and Oklahoma.

As a result of the acquisition, Stribling Equipment’s operations for John Deere Construction and Forestry now encompass all of Mississippi, Arkansas, the 21 western counties of Tennessee and four eastern counties of Texas and Oklahoma.

The western territories of Stribling Equipment will be served by seven new locations: Little Rock (Mabelvale), Fayetteville (Springdale), Texarkana, Fort Smith, Camden, Monticello and Arkadelphia.

Stribling, which has been providing quality service in the heavy equipment industry for more than 65 years, now has 19 locations serving customers in the construction and forestry industry in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas and portions of Texas and Oklahoma.
