The 820 Vibro-King TL design creates flexibility, outstanding performance and longevity for heavy-duty scalping of coarse stone, fine sizing of finished products and wet or dry processing.

The 820 Vibro-King TL Portable Screen Plant deck size is 8 ft.x 20 ft., and can be configured with other mobile plants to create a complete aggregates processing system.

The 820 is part of Telsmith's Vibro-King TL screen lineup that comes in a range of sizes and is the most reliable, low maintenance inclined screen in the mining and aggregates industries today. Modern screen media takes many forms and is critical to achieving optimum performance, so Telsmith builds each screen around the media selected for the application. With safety and uptime engineered into them, each deck can be custom selected for a different media type.

The deck frames have been specifically designed for performance and endurance with each media type including side tension wire cloth, urethane or rubber, modular urethane or rubber panels, punch plate or steel backed rubber.

The TL Never-Wear sealing system eliminates the need for contact lip seals. Large shaft casing provides increased oil volumes. A snap-in, urethane labyrinth seal keeps dust out and eliminates the downtime and expense of repairing worn seals or shaft grooves.

The Telsmith modular approach with 130mm, 160mm, and 200mm bearing vibrator mechanisms is available in single and dual shaft assemblies, allowing outstanding flexibility and range. The Vibro-King TL is feature-packed and built to deliver low-cost performance.

The simple 820 Portable Plant startup allows for crushing operations to begin within hours. To achieve this, Telsmith designed a simple user-friendly Motor Starter control panel. The control panel is UL certified, NEMA4 rated and provides a main circuit breaker, motor starters for plant motors, and 4 extra 20HP motor starters for off-plant conveyors.

Telsmith engineered and manufactured chassis provide ease of mobility and strength to handle the vibrations screening applications. The 820 portable chassis offers 16 in. x 50 in. WF Main beams, fifth wheel plate, equipment supports, and cribbing legs that are easily adjusted for quick setup and mobilization.

Telsmith offers chassis compliant with all 50 states' on-highway regulations. The 820 standard chassis includes tandem axles and highway towing kit with 25,000# axles, air brakes, walking beam axle support, (8) 11R22.5 tires, mud flaps and lights with reflectors. Total transport weight and dimensions for the standard configuration are 65,0000 lbs. and 43 ft. 10 in. L x 12 ft. W x 13 ft. 4 in. H.
