Trekker Tractor Company recently hosted open houses at its West Palm Beach and Miami, Fla., facilities.

The new company used the open houses to introduce potential customers to Trekker Tractor and its philosophy on customer service. Efraim Vicente and Sam Silva, two of the partners in the company, demonstrated to guests all that Trekker Tractor has to offer, including the full line of Case Construction Equipment, Tramac attachments, CPS air compressors, Dynapac compaction and paving equipment, Eager Beaver Trailers, and related equipment.

Vicente and Silva also stressed that Trekker Tractor is a locally owned and managed company with a different philosophy on customer service — managers are local and can meet local needs instead of trying to focus on what the manufacturers want, they asserted.

In addition to selling new and used equipment, Trekker Tractor will have a rental fleet and provide full parts and service backup.
