Mathews Machinery Inc. will merge with Volvo Construction Equipment & Services (VCES) on Jan. 1.
Mathews Machinery Inc. has been providing equipment and services to its customers in the aggregate, demolition, recycling, agriculture, road construction and civil engineering markets since 2002.
With more than 50 years in the market, VCES has established itself as a leader in compact equipment and road machinery, resulting in high customer satisfaction and retention, according to the company.
“With this merger, we’ll have California covered even more for our customers,” said Tom Younger, president of Volvo Construction Equipment & Services in California. “With twenty locations nationwide and eight within the state of California providing Volvo GPPE equipment, Volvo compact equipment, Volvo road machinery, and Doosan utility equipment, we’ll be able to meet the needs of our customers more than ever.”
VCES also will be the exclusive California dealer for Stanley LaBounty attachments, Dressta crawler dozers and Champion motorgraders — offering rentals, sales, parts and service.
“We’ll have more great products, more great service, and the same great people,” Younger said. “We’re all really excited, and can’t wait for January.”
Until then, customers who are interested in Volvo compact equipment & road machinery, or Doosan utility products, can contact their local Volvo Construction Equipment & Services location for rentals, sales, parts and service. Customers interested in Volvo GPPE equipment, Stanley LaBounty attachments, Dressta crawler dozers, or Champion motor graders can contact their local Mathews Machinery location for rentals, sales, parts and service.
