The doors have officially opened for business at West Side Tractor Sales' newest location in Terre Haute, Ind.

West Side Tractor — a John Deere construction and forestry equipment distributor — is the first John Deere construction dealership to have a physical presence in this market. The new facility is located at 3773 East Margaret Drive (intersection of Margaret Drive and Fruitridge Avenue).

West Side Tractor, headquartered in Naperville, Ill., expanded into the Indiana market approximately 10 years ago with the acquisition of Holt Equipment. As a third-generation family operation, West Side Tractor has been in the tractor business for 57 years. The new Terre Haute facility is its 11th full-service store throughout Illinois and Indiana.

Built from the ground up, the new facility provides new, used and rental construction equipment, as well as parts and service support. The 15,000-sq.-ft. facility features eight shop service bays equipped with state-of-the-art service tools and equipment, a 3,000-sq.-ft. parts department and warehouse, training facilities and spacious and comfortable areas for West Side Tractor employees and customers. In addition to the branch, West Side Tractor has field service operations already up and running in the area.

West Side Tractor represents all of John Deere's construction and forestry products, from large production class wheel loaders to compact skid steers. Other product lines represented include Dynapac, Epiroc, TAG, Sullair, NPK, Paladin, Leica, Topcon, Interstate, Felling and Talbert, along with many other aftermarket lines that our customer support advisors provide.
