WAUKESHA, Wis. (AP) A 32-year-old Oconomowoc man has been charged with stealing 375 lbs. of copper from a construction site.

Michael D. Moulster has been charged with felony theft of movable property and misdemeanor entry into a construction site.

A criminal complaint said the thefts were reported from a site in Oconomowoc in July. The items taken included: two dozen 10-ft. sections of copper flashing, five 10-ft. sections of downspouts, one 10-ft. section of rain gutter and a 50-lb. box of copper nails.

Authorities said they tracked Moulster down by checking local recycling centers.

Moulster got $1,088 for his copper at one center, the complaint said.

He faces more than three years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines if convicted.
