MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Police say a 25-year-old man was arrested after he climbed a 10-story construction crane in downtown Madison and took a selfie.

Madison police say a concerned passerby spotted the man climbing the crane around 6:20 a.m. Sunday and called police. Officers arrived at the scene and the man waved from the top of the crane, but he stopped during his descent.

According to police, officers got the man to come down, and he told them that he wanted to take pictures from the high vantage point.

WISC-TV (http://bit.ly/1Nn7mVr ) reports the man was arrested for criminal trespass on a construction site.
