ADMAR Supply Company, construction equipment rental service-provider based in Rochester, NY, has moved its Albany operations from Menands, NY, to Latham, NY. Both are suburbs of the Albany metropolitan area.

“This new facility is much larger, more easily accessible and is an indication of continued sales growth and success in this part of the state, said Joel DiMarco, vice president — Operations. “With easy access to major highways and roads our new location will better serve construction, public works and related industries in eastern New York.”

The ADMAR Albany branch is located at 878 Old Albany-Shaker Road in Latham, NY, just off I-87, with access from Route 7 and 155 adjacent to Albany Airport.

Rental operations will continue in this new location in temporary quarters during construction.

The new facility with more than 32,000 sq. ft. will serve customers by spring 2006 from its permanent space, with more interior space for rental counter activities, larger showroom for expanded merchandise and equipment, multiple service and delivery bays, as well as larger equipment yard for heavy equipment. The complex will have enough room for tenants and future growth for ADMAR.

ADMAR Supply carries all of the construction equipment lines, from air hammers to pumps, rollers to loaders, rugged-terrain forklifts to scissor lifts. Booms, dozers and generators of all sizes also are available at all branches.

The new location along with all the other ADMAR branches across New York, provide customers with equipment rentals, new and used equipment sales, service and repair on rental and customer-owned equipment and a comprehensive line of contractor supplies.
