With more than 4,000 digging hours of testing and validation, ESCO's Nemisys Lip System for wheel loaders offers a distinct advantage for global mining operations, according to the manufacturer. Equipped with the new generation AML-E2 crane control system, the GR-800XL-4 has a gross vehicle weight of 99,800 lbs.

At ConExpo 2020 CM Labs Simulations unveiled its most advanced excavator training exercise to date, featuring an integrated GPS guidance system that trains operators how to use this technology in the simulator. This advanced exercise immerses operators in a life-like work site environment that challenges them to dig trenches using the new GPS guidance system, while learning to make decisions based on accurate grade and terrain features.

As the newest generation of articulated dump trucks, the Doosan DA30-5 and DA45-5 represent the latest enhancements to articulated dump truck (ADT) performance, reliability, operator comfort and serviceability. In conjunction with ConExpo-Con/AGG 2020, Doosan Infracore North America LLC announced the two newest models in its ADT lineup.

Visitors to ConExpo-Con/AGG got a preview of Hitachi Solution Linkage Integrated Grade Control with Topcon – a new excavator technology developed in cooperation with Topcon that allows an operator to set a grade and hold it. The new integrated technology increases efficiency while also lowering daily operating costs.

A new addition to the next generation of Genie S telescopic boom lifts, the Genie S-80 J model is a higher reaching version of the recently introduced Genie S-60 J model. These new Genie telescopic booms are right-sized for completing work-at-height applications and provide the essential performance that operators need to get work done at height from a jibbed boom.

Over the last three years Bigge Crane and Rigging, which is consistently ranked among the Top 10 global crane companies, has used a lot of Potain tower cranes. So many in fact, that Manitowoc Cranes has given the California-based lifting company an award for being the largest unit volume Potain top slewing and self-erecting crane purchaser over the period that spans ConExpo 2017 to ConExpo 2020.

Kubota Engine America's V3307 micro-hybrid system prototype made its North American debut at ConExpo 2020. This micro-hybrid system, which provides power assistance instantaneously during peak overloads, is a technological innovation and provides a true solution to industry power challenges, according to the manufacturer.

Komatsu showcased MyKomatsu, a complimentary web-based solution that includes parts ordering and machine data, parts and operating manuals, and more —accessible via a single portal, at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2020. MyKomatsu integrates 20 legacy systems to create actionable intelligence to assist customers in effectively running their businesses.

JLG Industries Inc. , an Oshkosh Corporation company and global manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers, announced the launch of its 600 series hi-capacity HC3 boom lifts. These new boom models – which offer an expanded work envelope and three capacity zones for greater reach than competitive models – were displayed at ConExpo 2020.

Visitors at the Hitachi booth at ConExpo-Con/AGG may have noticed a special anniversary logo on the machines. The special logo is part of the 70th anniversary celebration of the start of full-scale production of Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd.
