Agricon Equipment Company, Ocala, Fla., hosted its first Bobcat rodeo on Nov. 10. The event was held to benefit Compassion Alliance. More than 1,000 guests enjoyed two live bands, a country radio station remote hookup and a smoked pork barbecue lunch. All of the kids had a chance to dig a hole with a Bobcat and receive a picture of themselves in the driver’s seat, as well as play in the bounce houses, watch a clown and a magician and indulge in popcorn and cotton candy.

Winners of the rodeo included Tom Equi, who received a $500 gas card; and Kenneth Bowyer, who went home with a $500 Gander Mountain gift card.

Representatives from Agricon report that the event was a great success and they plan to do it again next year.
