Airborne Car Crashes Into Excavator in N.Y.

Town Of Niagara Police say a vehicle drove through an intersection located on route 31 and route 265, rode into a construction site, became airborne and struck an excavator.

According to police, no construction workers were hurt.

Police say the driver was transported to ECMC for treatment.
