Altorfer Inc. welcomed Jared Brown, Bruce Vieth and Ben Dinsdale to the construction division as machine sales representatives.

Altorfer appointed Brown as the new representative of Peoria, Knox, Fulton, Warren, McDonough and Henderson counties in Illinois. He began his career working for Daiichi Sankyo Inc. as a pharmaceutical sales representative. Most recently, he worked for Simformotion as account manager, where he demonstrated and sold Cat simulators in North America.

Vieth has been hired as the new sales representative of Linn, Johnson, Jones and Cedar counties in Iowa. Vieth joined Altorfer with a lifetime of experience in the quarry and aggregate business. Prior to joining Altorfer, he gained experience working for Mathy and Edward Kraemer in quarry operations. In 1999, Vieth moved to Colorado and started his own excavating and grading company. In 2008, he moved to Iowa and started a land improvement business.

Dinsdale joined Altorfer as the new machine sales representative of Black Hawk, Buchanan, Tama, Benton and Poweshiek counties in Iowa. Prior to joining Altorfer, Dinsdale gained experience working in the family quarry and aggregate business — Basic Materials Corporation (BMC). Most recently, he worked for Cooley Plumbing LLC as operations manager.
