American Concrete Pavement Association Announces New Board of Directors Chair for 2026

The American Concrete Pavement Association has appointed Patrick Cleary as the new chairman of the board of directors in 2026. The American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) announced Patrick Cleary, senior vice president, United States cement commercial of Amrize, as the chairman of the board of directors in 2026.

Cleary brings more than two decades of commercial leadership, strategic vision and industry experience to his role as the newly appointed chair of the ACPA board of directors. A seasoned executive with a strong background in sales and marketing, Patrick currently serves as senior vice president, United States cement commercial of Amrize, a position he has held since June 2025.

Previously, Cleary spent 23 years at Holcim US, including seven years as senior vice president of cement sales, following earlier roles such as general sales manager. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for driving growth, building high-performing teams and strengthening partnerships across the construction materials sector.

"Patrick is a dynamic and experienced leader who brings a positive, team-oriented energy that will drive ACPA to be a better association," said Laura O'Neill Kaumo, president and CEO of ACPA. "Its going to be a great year under his leadership as we will truly explore how the association can be used to influence markets and promote concrete paving in every corner of the United States."
