The Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC) will be holding its 25th Annual APC/PennDOT Fall Seminar, Nov. 20 to 21, 2003, at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center in Hershey, PA.

The event, widely believed to be the largest road builders’ conference in the Mid-Atlantic region, has experienced steady growth since its inception in 1978. Last year’s event drew 1,362 registrants and 82 exhibitors from Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.

Highlights of this year’s seminar will include an in-depth look at PennDOT’s 2004 lettings by Gary L. Hoffman, deputy secretary of Highway Administration; a keynote address by Mark Victor Hansen, co-author of the “Chicken Soup for the Soul” Series; and breakout session on topics such as PennDOT’s Electronic Construction Management System (ECMS), Concrete, Bituminous and Work Site Safety.
