Doosan Infracore America furthers its North American expansion this month with the addition of its seventh new dealer in 2008. Atlantic Coastal Equipment LLC a locally owned and operated company out of Richmond Hill, Ga., is positioned to serve the Savannah, Hilton Head and Augusta region with a particular focus on meeting the needs the construction business.

“We’re a strong team of industry professionals who live here, work here and understand the local conditions,” said Atlantic Coastal Equipment President and Founder Rich Ginder. “We’re focused on this market only, and that’s how we believe we can serve our customers best.”

Ginder also believes the Doosan product line will not only offer his clients reliable equipment, but also relief from the nation’s worsening fuel crisis.

He sees energy costs making a significant impact on the construction industry by changing the way some operate and forcing others out of business.

“This is the right equipment for these economic times. It’s competitively priced with exceptional fuel efficiency. In our experience, Doosan products use significantly less fuel than competitors’ because of how Doosan has designed communication between the engine computer and machine computer giving peak performance and optimal fuel efficiency. And they last longer too. That can make a tremendous difference for our customers, especially in these tough times,” he said.
