When it came we jumped it off and drove it off the trailer but it smoked. We checked all the drive and hydraulic functions and they all worked fine. We turned it off after checking the functions out. So...it will jump off and run but needs some sort of fuel related attention. We can load unit with a forklift to keep from running it too much. Look it over and bid what you want.
