The engine started and ran. The drivetrain engaged in forward and reverse. The hydraulic system was operational. Poor steering response from right steer pedal at all gears. The unit could only steer from the left pedal in first gear at low speeds. The brakes were operational, but had a poor response to the controls. The panel mounting hardware is missing. The main components appear to be in place and operational.
