Description: Kobelco K907C Track Excavator Enclosed Cab (glass missing), Mitsubishi Engine, 9' 8" Stick, 32" Track Shoes, 48" Tooth Bucket, 28" Additional Bucket, Manual Thumb. The engine started and ran but the starter slips. The drivetrain engaged in forward and reverse but could not be turned with out the undercarriage binding. The hydraulic system was operational. There is a heavy leak at the stick cylinder. The hour meter is inoperable. The main components appear to be in place but this machine is not fully operational.
