Description: Altec AM55 Mounted on an International WORKSTAR 7400 Powered by a MAXXFORCE Diesel and Automatic Transmission. The seller informed us the Motor will turn over, but they can't get it to start. The driver stated it would derate and they would turn it off and then it would run fine. It did it again and would not start. They believe the truck would be a good useable truck other than the above issue, but they have no interest in diagnosing and repairing.
