AXCS Equipment announced July 8, 2026, the launch of its new website. The redesigned platform features a clean, streamlined look designed to simplify the process of finding the right equipment.

"Our goal has always been to engineer solutions beyond the machine itself," said Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. "This new website is a digital extension of that commitment. We are giving our customers a powerful, intuitive tool that streamlines everything from finding the perfect lift to managing service and warranty claims, ultimately ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency on the job site."

Visitors will benefit from completely redesigned equipment pages that prioritize essential information, featuring relevant brochures and manual links conveniently located right at the top for quick access. Equipment options are now clearly displayed and fully clickable; selecting an option seamlessly routes users to a dedicated product page containing detailed information and direct links to easily purchase the item through the parts site.

Customer support is a major focus of the digital upgrade, highlighted by the introduction of a new service ticket system, a new warranty claim system and a dedicated service bulletin lookup tool.

Maintenance teams can utilize this new lookup feature to efficiently find specific service documents, while continuing to reliably access all their other familiar content in the separate Resource Library. Additionally, a newly established dealer portal provides a foundational platform to serve the company's network of partners as future capabilities are rolled out.

To support the company's continuous growth and industry presence, the website features an enhanced careers section and a revamped blog and news platform.

Looking ahead, AXCS Equipment noted that an advanced QR code machine lookup is coming soon. This future update will utilize new decals that identify the exact serial number of a machine to provide highly precise, unit-specific data directly to the user's mobile device.
